1.      Can I contact the tradesman and suppliers you hold accounts with to check you out?

2.      Is your contract a true fixed price contract?

3.      If yes, what happens if we encounter an onsite issue such as soil type or fencing with 
         my neighbour?  Who pays?

4.      Do I have guaranteed commencement and completion dates?

5.      Will you pay my rent/mortgage if you go over these completion dates?

6.      Do I have to pay you a deposit before you will prepare a contract or quote?
