	'Termiglass' physical termite barrier - polypropylene collars to penetrations. Slab design based on a class M soil report. Higher classifications or "P" sites may incur additional costs.
	Colorbond fascia, gutter and painted PVC down pipes, 5,000lt poly rain water tank as shown on site plan on slab.
